Okay, via email, I have one vote against. And I can certainly understand it-- having 7 players show up would, in fact, royally suck. I'm just still not convinced 7 will show up...

So, er... about that. What do the rest of you think?

And that's a third vote (via email). That's one "fine by me", one "let's wait/no", and one "we need new players for the summer but we really need to vet them strongly first".

So with those three votes, I'm giving the go ahead for tonight. It's explicitly provisional. I'm deliberately going to make the session tonight a cluster---- of complications and things happening from all over (it will all fit into the world and the plot, so its canon) and we'll see how they do.

That seems like a good plan. I didn't really state it, but my assumption was that we would vet them before letting them join on any regular basis, so that works out well. By the way, remind me to get your email address from you tonight, I keep meaning to do that.

Sounds good to me too!

I will be at the session tonight, but I will be a bit late. I will be there by 7:00 at the very latest, hopefully a little earlier.

When you get the chance to post XP, please also post the cost for a portable alchemical station that I can keep in my bag of holding (if such a thing exists).

Also for other players, let me know if there are any specific items lvl 13 or below that you want me to be able to make. I will be trying to get a stock of potions and alchemical items for our group so that we are ready for whatever we need, but If you have a specific item then I need to know about it to buy the recipe.

I'll get the XP in a bit. Sorry for the delay. In the meantime, here's the two new riddles.

Gold and silver meld together
Birds of a color and birds of a feather
Sell to the peasant who'll drink it all down
Cast to the sky and calm all the weather

The rooftop shingles have burned to ash
Fall on the snow and burst forth with flowers
Melt with the sun and winds blow the ash
And all of the children no longer cower

On that note, can we get a riddle on the Orc, who I am scratching now with the leaf?

Hey, don't knock it 'till you try it!

Oh wait... you did try it and it ended with terrifying hallucinations that ended up with you in a frozen hell and then skin rashes in the shape of inscrutable fey poems...

Nevermind, this campaign is crazy.
