Had talked to several guys about doing FOW with micro armor. Got a tentative game with Wayne on weekend 17Aug13. Wanted to post some pics of the terrain that I made for it. The boards are in 2x2 foot sections, I have 8 made so far. More woods and roads, and buildings in progress. Gunna post some more pics of the minis once I get some more painted up. Wayne had been asking how I was basing the stuff up so here are the measurements.
Infantry based according to FOW MTOE for purposes of squad comp. Bases are 7/8in by 1/2in. Small variations as I made bases outta cardboard. You would be safe putting them on any base from 1in by 3/4in. Small differences shouldn't effect gameplay that much.
Command squads, MG/Spotter teams and other support weapons are based approx. half the size of normal fire teams. Roughly 1/2in by 3/8in. Again small variations don't matter.
FA and AT guns bases are 3/4 or 7/8in by 1in. Might not hurt to just do 1x1in squares.
Tanks as per rules aren't required to have bases but I did anyway. They extend roughly 1/8in beyond the models base.
As these miniatures are very small it might be better to make bases larger than the figures I gave. Would help with moving them around when playing. Some of the Inf are hard to identify without a magnifying glass. Particularly some of the Germans I got carrying MG 42's standing up. Couldn't hurt to put a little splotch of paint in the corner of the base to help ID the unit type. In the end I just want to have fun so no need to nit pick all the small crap. We can rock with what ever you end up bringing.

Will pick a day and time to play that ok for you and let me know call me and we will set it up. All you need to do is bring your armies we will bring terrain. We are going to play on a 3'X 2' table to try it out. We will try half scale measurement and see how it works and talk about it than
