Romulan Armada Demo
Posted: 14 Jul 2010, 08:52There was some interest recently in a demo of the new Starmada miniatures game, but as I am moving on July 22nd I have not had much free time to arrange this during the past few weeks.
So... is anyone out there interested? (Chuck was asking about this the last time I was in the store a couple of days ago. If anyone sees him, please let him know I still want to do this.)
The game in a nutshell is like this:
1) Fast playing, easy to learn. "Simple, but not simplistic."
2) All the ships you know and love from Star Fleet Battles and Federation Commander.
3) Secret and simultaneous movement orders. Players take turns declaring and rolling hits/damage.
4) Fast, but interesting damage allocation.
5) Fully compatible with Starmada.
