The troll and the elf wake up lost in a forest as the missing supplies from the warehouse surrounds them. Roady appears in another flash of light with a message tied around his neck warning them that they were in Circle territory and to get away from the stones. The best they knew of what Circle territory was that werewolves roamed the woods. As another flash went of leaving a large stone pillar.

The trollkin went to investigate it only for the sticks of the forest ground to magically move together and from figures made out of sticks or “Stickmen” which started to attack them. After the battle they managed to destroy the stone pillar which stopped the creation of the Stickmen but the battle was loud enough for a werewolf to come. The two of them ran to the cart and the horses that held the enemy supplies as they got on and tried to evade the werewolves chasing after them. Sadly with no idea of where they were they ended up going in circles and came back to the stones circle that had warped them to the forest as Biff and his steam jack Zero where there. As one of the werewolves managed to track them down along with a couple of normal wolves.

The team moved together as they picked off the smaller wolves and managed to kill the werewolf. Biff showed them the map of where they were as they fled to a safer clearing before anymore werewolves managed to show up. After finding out about some train tracks near Cygnar as their safest chance to escape the Circle’s territory or at least the werewolf infested parts of it they head off with plans to head back to Five Fingers and steal the stone rocks that could teleport things across the land. In hopes that they could harness it’s power or to at least prevent their foes from using it.

As they moved forward for two days they ended up being ambushed by a group of humans near two stone pillars who had a griffin and some weird glass orb with branches connected to it. As the elf tired to take a few pot shots the leader laughed as he discarded his bow and turned into a large white werewolf right in front of their eyes as he wielded a large stone sword that only the Steam golem Zero could have possibly held much less used.
Zero charged at the glass orb thing as it fired shots at the group as the team tried to fight back. The white werewolf howled as the people started turning into half formed werewolves. As the white werewolf hurled the elf’s winter wolf at the elf damaging both of them severely. As the Trollkin managed to defeat the griffin by himself. A midget werewolf managed to force him down. The rest of the group managed to kill the glass orb creature and the other smaller wolfmen as the elf pulled out his magical bow and managed to keep the White werewolf frozen in place for most of the battle preventing him from getting any attacks.

The battle ended as they managed to kill the rest of the werewolves as Biff managed to load some bullets made from demon teeth as he fired them along with the arrows blessed byy the magic bow the elf carried killing the white werewolf.

Can the group manage to get back to Five Fingers Safely? Will they find out what the Necromancer Seares and Mr Gibbles is planning? Can they even escape the forest infested with werewolves?

Find out next time on Iron Kingdoms!

Team A set out from their last battle with the mutant werewolf things towards where our make shift map said there were train tracks to high tail it to a town, get bearings and get back home. Upon reaching the tracks, we were greeted by a big gator man, a gator the size of the LAKE PLACID movie gator, a few other still rather large gators and his 6 human henchmen who thought were were mercs hired by our enemy to escort them and their cargo. We played along with the ruse and hopped a ride on the next train that came along where we came up with the idea of sneaking about the train and finding out what these folks were carrying; the night elf kept almost all of them busy with a game of cards and gambling, the trollkin stayed in the train cart with the bison, the wolf, the big jack, the horses and the teams cargo cart and both the human and the Iosan commenced to sneaking about the cars trying to find out what was so special about 1 of the cargo crates they were setting off to the side.
Low and behold, it was more rocks for those dang teleport pillars......unfortunately, when we opened the crate, we broke a containment seal and things started going downhill from there. Multiple stones were appearing, falling, appearing, falling and appearig: keeping pace with the train we were on, forming a line of these stones that when we looked back, observed a rather large stone golem monstrosity gliding along the teleport stone line catching up to the train, crashing through the side and into the car that the Iosan, night elf, human and all our enemies little helpers were. The night elf was able to make off with all the gold in the pot (gambling pot) while the golem turned a big crocodile to pudding, two of the humans to abstract floor art and was rounding on the rest of the minions when we all hunkered down in our car, blasted the couplings and freed ourselves from the carnage, drifting away from the train. Luckily, we were able to coast fairly close to the next town, hitch a few connecting rides back to 5 fingers, rest up, gear up and get ready for the next leg.
It was decided to move the stone pillars that moved us in the first place into the basement of the headquarters for further study and tactical analysis. Our Mage and Lich were able to figure things out so we decided to use these stones to go where our masked friend & Mr Gibbles were supposedly holed up (bonus, the necromancer who STOLL the mask in the first place and whom the trollkin almost killed in the arena, was on his way there as well). We 'ported into a basement of a workshop where we observed these floating orbs doing work on some gynormous suit of mechanical armor arm piece (Mr Gibbles is upgrading from his last armor piece apparently, making this one bigger, stonger and badder; this is a giant mech that you fit into and wear like armor). So, after finding out that we were in a town that was about to be raided by the Menoth forces (religious nut-jobs) and no sign of our quarry, we smashed the workshop, all the tools, parts....everything (Trollkin was frustrated at the cold trail apparently). But, then fate stepped in as a secret door opened up revealing a room, 5 cultists (1 of which was comeing out) 2 casters and some other guy in a trance ranting about glorious futures. The exiting cultist screamed intruder, and it was game on.
*****BACKTRACK***** While investigating where our enemy was hiding, we ran across some old friends; FUBAR the NOW dual wielding terror blade death knight and OMFG the ironclad lich. The fear blades were extreemly more powerful in this creatures hands than in FUBARS (the whole time FUBAR maybe made 5 or 6 enemies, MAYBE, run with his terror ability; this version had the human running for a long time, the trollkin shaken at first, but both the elves were free and clear). FUBAR tried to slice into our human before he ran away but the trollkin would have none of it and took the blows....until it was his turn and he missed horribly and was dropped but not before landing a very nice retalitory strike. ZERO the big jack finished off the death knight while our mage hunter was also dropped from the heavy barrage of magic coming from the lich, but our bowman was able to finish the fight and get everyone back up and running. Unfortunately, our night elf Felix, seeing how dire the batle was going, tried using the dragon shard amulet, WAS successfull....but turned into a half dragon thing, becoming an entirely new being and flying off before we could drop him. After smashing everything the enemies had on them into the ground and into little pieces, we all decided to go back to the house with the teleport stones and grab our gear and get out of town.
The first cultist was turned into a soup sandwhich as ZERO obliterated him with his chain-saw-sword (things like 8ft long), two others were gunned down by our archers, the final two were bashed by our troll who switched back to his death hammer, 1 mage (who passed out from fatigue at the start but woke up the next round, tried to cast a spell on the trollkin but failed then cast an area spell on his own minions to get the troll to stop, to no avail) was blasted first by our troll's new sonic voice ability then killed by our of our bowmen. the other caster was now trying to snap the trance guy out of the trance, to no avail, turning to fight just in time to see T-bone (wolf) make lunch of his voice box.
We captured the leader of this little circus and interogated him but in the end, he gave only some information that we could use, was a raving lunatic fanatic and our troll just ended his life by making his body lay face down with his actual FACE pointed towards to roof. What wil the team do next? We have a choice to make; let the half-dragon clash with Mr Gibbles (last words of the lunatic from his trance before we ended him) or take down our enemies then hunt down our former friend and comrade?

These events might be a little out of order, so excuse me for whatever's misplaced; my mind was (and still is) is multiple places last night.

Iron Kingdom Recap Help

After tricking the enemy for a ride. They left the foes transporting the teleporting stones. The Croc Man did survive as he sent a large croc (not mega crock but a large one none the less) which ended up being pounded to a pulp.

Left from the train they walked to the next town and hitched a ride on a new train back to five fingers and as they took a boat to get back... they attracted the company of their old characters (Fubar and OMFG). The battle ensued which caused Felic to try the dragon pendit to save his friends and managed to succed in killing the undead/deathly Fubar and OMFG, but the dragon pendant turned out to be a piece of a real dragon which ended up taking over Felix.

then was the event with teleporting to the new spot and the fight with the necromancers.

Iron Kingdom Recap Team B

The supportive priest from Morrow and the Dancing fighter both went off to their new mission to investigate a town that seemed to have some strange activity. They arrived during the middle of the night across the empty sea side town. As they searched off to find the town's resident's they ran into the town's first living resident... A slag troll (A pureblood troll that eats metal). Then came the zombies made from the town's former residents. After a fight and accidently enraging a slag troll the two of them ran and sealed a mechanic's workshop shut as the troll tried to kill them until the zombies attacked it. After finding a steamjack (think mechanical golem) the group managed to convince/lie to the troll that it was the zombies that made the music and left the troll in peace as it had slaughtered all the zombies in the town.

After a quick check they managed to find a living Mechanic who told them that a bunch of flying infernal came into the town slaughtering everyone. (apparently the ones came from Team A's treasure hunt). After searching a building near a cave they find out that there were people studying creatures which they stored into the caves... which worked great until they got killed by the infernal. So the team prepared them selves for a fight after destroying some more undead and rested only for a new troll to attack them. Apparently a Night Stalker (Think troll mixed with Nightmare on Elm's Street) came and tried to rip them apart until the new steamjack shot it to pieces with a few well placed throat punches by the dancing monk. Also some weird jester keeps popping up and disappearing that does nothing but watch them and give weird answers.

Will the team be able to stop this infernal mess? Will they survive against the other monsters that have just been freed from their cages? Will there be another death that will come back to haunt them? Find out next time on Iron Kingdom!

Team B Iron Kingdom recap

Jazz the female knight warcaster joins the team as they move forth into the cave. After finding that the infernals are warping reality in the cave they set up wards on the cart to protect themselves. While driving down the tunnel in the cart they fought a demonic snake in a room full of red carpeting. Then as they continued on they ran into a room full of skeletons with guitars playing rock music as four of them with swords tried to fight a wyvern from the lands of Skorn (think evil desert elf empire). After killing the skeletons and letting the beast leave Jazz tries her hand at one of the guitars and plays a tune. The tune opens up a hidden tunnel with no mining tracks. The team’s cleric Bahamut reminds her that the cart is what is protecting them from the infernal’s attempts to alter reality. Both the infernals and Jazz take it as a challenge as she plays another tune as mining tracks roll out from the tunnel like a red carpet as a level pops up out of the ground letting them switch tracks.

Warning never take an infernal’s offer without a full idea of what could happen!

Jazz decides to take their challenge as the cart goes down the new tunnel… and ends up on a Six Winds meets a guy on drugs nightmare messed up cart ride. The rails even make a few loops which threw everyone but Jazz out of the cart and into a new one. The cleric pulls the new cart’s brakes only for a sign reading NOPE to pop out. The two tracks start to combine to have the two carts crash into each other as the cleric prays to Morrow for divine favor. The warded cart ends up flying as the sides fall down acting as wings as the warded cart flies over them. After forcing the second cart to stop it flings the mechanic and the cleric out of the cart as Jazz managed to save the cleric… as the mechanic fell down into the abyss as all the ground except for the tracks had disappeared. Jazz plays up a new tune and instead of rejecting their influence she embraces the infernal’s chaos and ends up summoning five ducks to pull the cart… with the lead duck having a red beak. The infernals taking up the challenge summon four flying red dog houses with Skelton fighter pilots to fight back. After the dog fight in the sky as Jazz managed to shot down the enemy fliers as the Cleric took over driving the cart they managed to rescue their dancing fighter and the steamjack as they escape the infernal’s screwed up reality and end in a cave with a Styrofoam treasure chest. Jazz opens up the chest to find Arkham an infernal magical Axe (heavy metal guitar and axe) that could cause random things to happen. After playing the first tune the chest shuts and opens up again to now be full of gold. After talking to the Jester and having him summon/give back the mechanic they return to the real parts of the cave (after passing a sign saying “Thanks for playing the bonus level!”)

The team flies their new magical cart to the end of the cave and fought a necromancer who believed they were infernals (Flying cart pulled by ducks… what would you think?) as the team managed to kill him only to have four Skeletons with guitars pop up and start playing as a infernal summon started. The dancing fighter jumped down and started attacking the pieces of the gate as the team tried to kill the skeletons only to be too late as they summoned a massive demon to appear in the pit with only half of its body free. The fighter continued to attack the gate preventing other demons from passing through as the team focused it’s fire power (and managed to get lucky with Arkham’s rolls helping them) as they stopped the demon’s grip on reality forcing it back to where it came. The team managed to survive as they cleansed the demonic taint from the town as they just gained a flying cart pulled by ducks… while also gaining a very strange but interesting ally of the demonic Jester as they can now call him if they want.

Will their luck hold out? How will other people react to a flying cart pulled by ducks? By Morrow how will their superiors even react what just happened? Find out next time on Iron Kingdoms. ( :geek: Sanity checks for Team B please :ugeek: )

Team B note: Cleric was very very disturbed and agrivate by the Jesters unwillingness to take a bullet to the face and DIE (prick kept vanishing before the hit landed.......PRICK!!) but on the roller coaster ride in hell with all the separations, twists, ride changes, stop N go vaulting/catapaulting around, the cleric finally lost his own mind, layed flat on the botom of whatever cart he was in at the time, pistol to his chest, praying to morrow for the ride to be over....ready to buist a cap in the next thing that annoyed him, which in his catatonic "F this, I don't give a S***" state would have been quite an accomplishment. The demon fight would have been much much worse had it not been for the demon tainted battle axe-itar lucky strummings as well as the handy dany firepower of the groups new mechanical friend BAHAMUT ZERO, blazing away with shot gun and light gun (not ACTUAL light gun, LIGHT; as in the category). The groups Cleric can't wait to get some cash and travel to Kador, who supposedly have the jack of his dreams, waiting for him teasingly out of reach like a pet owner holding the ball just out of jumping range of a little yappy dog...........

TEAM A: A rather slow going session as it was dominated by SKILL USEAGE, stealth and tactical planning rather than mostly combat and travel. Team A got itself out of the basement after winning the fight with the future dreaming cultists to find out that the Menite military had a strike force on the way to the town and that mercinary companies were abound as the bulk of the army was in the capital on the border and off trying to intercept a Khadoran advance. So, tons of mercs, a few companies of regular military and us, with Mr Gibbles & company passing themselves off as a mercinary outfit. So it was that 2 new members of the FIVE FINGER DISCOUNT SERVICE (our mercinary company name) were elected by the senior Mercinary (the trollkin) to conduct recon on Mr Gibbles company and find out where he is so we can make a plan while the trollkin spent the day overseeing and observing the mercinary and city defensive status...which was beyond morbid. All the mercinary companies were expexting a light skirmish at most and had not even bothered with any key defensive options, the lazy bastages. The recon went slowly as the team decided to spend more time assessing the enemies outlying ambush points rather than concentrate on the city interior where Mr Gibbles was holed up. But they found the general area, tried getting what intel they could and came back to formulate a plan. that night, we conducted a raid, with our mage hunter, our mechanic and a Nyss we picked up from one of the lazy merc companies while the troll, the bison, the wolf and the jack sayed out of sight a few streets over waiting on the call of battle; which came sooner than anticipated. the menite forces were to arrive the next day, but religious fanatics heeding the call of stupidity (not a fan of the menite faith, can you tell?) broke out with molotovs and comenced to lighting the city up. 4 of these jokers were about to light up the buiolding area were were trying to NOT wake up sentries in, so the troll attacked and killed them, getting a molotove rocked against his head but as his armor is fire proof, he just illuminated himself for ALL the cities sentries, which he wisely played off that he was a lone Cygnar military officer and scout dealing with the uprising.
The recon team chose a building to investigate, thinking that they'd found Mr Gibbles, alone, asleep and out of his super-destroyer-mechanical-doomsday-armor. Lobbing 2 knock out gas arrows into the room, the team was able to discover that it was not Mr Gibbles but instead another one of his peons, but a rather unapreciated one who was.....only kinda eager to join us and get his vengance on Mr Gibbles for poor treatment (on the fence about joining at best). So, we picked ANOTHER building to raid and this time had our new recruit make a distraction, trying to empty the building, but send them all to where Mr Gibbles was hiding. Did not go as planned... instead a mechanical gobber came down, had a light super jumper jack get on the roof, where it spotted our awaiting recon team, sounded the alarm, and the battle commenced.
The battle was over in 3 rounds, but everyone took a beating as we were outnumbered 4-1 and out big guns were 1 round out. What made matters worse: the former team B's lil miscreant gobber with a rope fetish was back...as the mechanical gobber. That's right, WTF, armed with a shock lance, superman lazer eyes and a boat load of chains was now tarzaning his way around OUR jack, jolting our patry members and cyclopsing bulding chunks down on folks. Luckily, our mage hunter got a nice shot with a fear gas arrow, the jack as wable to break free and the trollkin was able to come in with some hefty swings to shatter WTF into pieces (litterally). The enemy jack was yanked down from the roof by our new gobbers light jack, but it rabbit hopped over everyone to the rear and caused a little pain. Thankfully, the sound of battle had put the big guns in motion and before it could get a second volley off, a mighty ram from the bison brought the thing down to a knee where the trollkin whack-a-moled it's head into the building. Our new little gobber spent some time with a gang fight inside the building but easily held his own, knocking down 3 enemies. Or mechanic and mage killer dropped plenty of other gangs of enemies, while it fell on the big guns to take down the bosses. Painful, but we got through it.....problem is now that Mr Gibbles knows we're here and the enite force is more than a slkirmish, it's an occupational force. So, time to go. The team gathered everything it could, smoke bombed the street for cover and high-tailed it out of the city, letting Mr Gibbles show himself by battling the menites so we can move in and mop up what's left of him and the lady in the mask.
Sum up; long day reconing, made a plan, plan went to frig because Cygnrian military inteligence is as lacking in game as real military inteligence is in real life and now we're outside town, opposite the menite force, waiting to see how it all pans out so we can move back in and accomplish our mission. Front row seats to our own "invitation" to the battle with Mr Gibbles and company....yaaaaaaaaaaay. Wish us luck!

Side note, our new Nyss and the wolf decided after the menite killing by the trollkin that it would be wise for them to run around the city dispatching whatever groups he could find near our area. Luckily they both avioded any serious harm and were able to get back to us as we fled (our battle with WTF was far from quiet).

HOPES & DREAMS

Team A - The Trollkin, while not being the brightest crayon in the box and having the shortest fuse of the group (and the stubbiest legs despite being 7' tall, the slow prink) is a great tactician and very handy with finances, atributes he plans on utilizing with the defeat of Mr Gibbles to invest fortunes and create a nice, big, secure compound in which to base the head quarters of the FIVE FINGER DISCOUNT SERVICE as well as some other fun things.

Team B - MJ has no aspirations that he's let on other than to dance to the beat AS he beats on skulls N stuff. Jazz has her head filled with which enemy to keep blasting to pieces with magic so the rest close and find out exactly what her real weapons (twin blades or, now, a corruted axe from hell combined with a womans attitude and fury) are capable of. Maybe some day she'll want a jack of her own....god, what a nightmare. The mechanic (yet to give his name....I think I named em Zathras???) seems content twiddling along waiting to repair something while the rest of the time he's falling through infernal gate vortex carnival rides gone wrong, into the testicles of hades and bouncing back to an even worse reality where satans brother himself wants to bath everyone with lava while in his down time drools like a brain damaged down syndrom pscychopath in lala land. The priest is happy to just be breathing, though he very much likes that fact that he has a huge metal beast with guns at his disposal and I think he's planning a personal trip to Khador, a land with supposedly the greatest jacks in all of Iron Kingdoms. The others of the group are an even bigger mystery.

TEAM A: We exited the soon to be sieged town and took refuge in a small sparse forest where we could survey the carnage and keep an eye out for our Nemesis Mr Gibbles, but not long after we began our vigil when we heard sounds of battle behind us a ways. The sneaky members of the group decided to go and check things out, to find an Iosan mage hunter skirmish group fighting against a Kadoran war patrol. We wanted nothing of it, but unfortunately our meddling new gobber decided to take matters into his own hands and join the fray. Nearly getting himself killed, we were able to help the elves defeat the Kadorans, but then the elves took loot from the Kadorans and threatened the group if they tried taking "what was theirs", even though they would have lost without our assistance. Our Trollkin was only too happy to show them the error of their ways. After the group making short work of the elven group we looted all their equipment and jacks, decided that the battle would still be here for some time and made for the nearest town to ditch our newfound loot.
While in town, the troll saw to upgrading and aquiring more weaponry, the mechanics looked to their jacks while the elf kept to himself. Unfortunately, the new gobber kept up his meddling ways, finding buyo (the croc-man shaman from the train) who was there to find HIM (the gobber) so that he could get a report on US (where the group was at, how strong we were, ect ect ect). The gobber gave up our location and even signaled our enemy when we were all back at our inn. We awoke to the entire building (ok, 90% of the building) being blown at the foundations and collapsing into the basement to form a rubble strewn arena pit. In the pit was Buyo, a gynormo-croc (think croc from the LAKE PLACID movie, but bigger and magically boosted by the croc-man) and 4 cut throats with poisoned blade. Outside the pit, our warjack ZERO is now assaulted by another, smaller, heavy warjack and some lil human. Our human mechanic, Biff bullett storm, was thankfully in a closet during the big boom and that closet still stands, elevated. Our mangy gobber prick is inside the building, still trying to play both sides by having his jack try to harpoon and reel in buyo while trying to convince him that he's not on our side (failing miserably on all counts) until another big gator (not lake placid, but still a good sizer).
Buyo was kind enough to animate/create/conjure about 10 lil skeletal stick men, but our elf was able to fire bomb them all to cinders with a well placed shot as the trollkin swung necrom like a madman killing all the cutthroats near the two of them in the pit, but unfortunately not before they poisoned them both with a body poison and a mind toxin. So, now as it stands we have limited time before the poison wrecks us, LAKE PLACID is closing in, Buyo is in the back about to start slingin destructo warlock & necromantic magic at everything, a big gator is about to chomp the gobber (good riddance), ZERO is being molested by a tag team (enemy jack has a magic sword and some kind of arc reactor thingy that shocks those that hit it in melee) and is outside the control area of his master biff who's stuck in a closet trying to help the trollkin and elf stay alive against the super boss combo.
Lookin pretty grim. And all because a coniving little green BlueFalcon. If the group lives through this ordeal, the trollkins player has vowed to feed NECROM green soup.
