I've just now figured out how to make a Level 1 Human Rogue that can double-move 6 squares each, then spend an action point to shift 7 squares, attack, then shift 7 more squares. The scary thing is, that's not even the best I can do. If I made an elf, I could add 4 more squares of movement to that.
Albeit he'll have spent an action point, his only daily power, and would grant combat advantage until his next turn, but such is the price of being able to move 26-30 squares in one round without running, AND squeezing an attack in there.
And that's what I did today.
