I heard about that ruling. I don't care either way since, after all, they are in prison and not on a pleasure cruise. I can see both sides of the issue, though. I can see how a gang could use the physical setting of a D&D group to get around gang formation rules, and I can see how the use of maps in a D&D campaign could be used for many nefarious purposes in a prison. I can also see that its just a game and if a gang wanted to organize and or draw maps, they will just find another way to do it. I mean, its not like they don't get drugs, weapons and other such stuff now.
